The purpose of this journal is to provide an open forum to publish high quality research papers in the areas of informatics and related fields to promote the exchange of research ideas, experiences and results. Informatics is the systematic study of Information and the application of research methods to study Information systems and services. It deals primarily with human aspects of information, such as its quality and value as a resource. Informatics also referred to as Information science, studies the structure, algorithms, behavior, and interactions of natural and artificial systems that store, process, access and communicate information. It also develops its own conceptual and theoretical foundations and utilizes foundations developed in other fields. The advent of computers, its ubiquity and ease to use has led to the study of informatics that has computational, cognitive and social aspects, including study of the social impact of information technologies. The characteristic of informatics' context is amalgamation of technologies. For creating an informatics product, it is necessary to integrate many technologies, such as mathematics, linguistics, engineering and other emerging new fields.
